So I went in for a fill and they told me it would be about a fifteen minute wait. About an hour later I finally got seated and got probably one of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. My cuticles weren't pushed back and my nails are completely uneven. They're filed at a slant so one nail's shape isn't quite like the others. In all honesty it doesn't even look like I got a fill.

I was worried when I walked in as they were closing, I thought they would rush me out the door. But they were very courteous and took their time, making me feel appreciated. Very good customer service and massage was awesome. The only problem was no air conditioning. I was very warm, middle of summer and all. But I am sure I'll be back.

I walked in for a pedicure. I told them I was going to get a coffee at Starbuck's and I'd be right back. When I returned after 3 minutes, they hadn't even started getting my pedi chair ready. The pedicurist told me to stand while she got my chair ready. Compared to other pedicurists, this one barely pushed my cuticles back, didn't cut my cuticles or nails, didn't file my nails, and didn't buff my heals. She did a poor job painting my nails and asked me to open the nail polish bottle because it was stuck. She couldn't figure out the credit card machine and asked for help from another employee. The second employee asked if I was going to tip the pedicurist and when I said, "Not on the card," she said it would be an additional $1 charge for running credit. In the end, they couldn't get the credit card machine to work, so I had to run to the ATM and back to pay cash. Worst pedicure experience ever!
