I only have Ken do my nails. He always does such a great job. He knows how I like my nails, length and all. I hope he never goes away!

I had a 1:00 appt. today and had to wait 35 min. for my manicurist to tend to me. When I make an appt. I expect to be seen at that time over people who just walk in with no appt. I have been a customer of Arlene for over 7 yrs. But my customer loyalty doesn't seem to mean much. This has happened more often over the past several months, and I hope I don't have to change nail shops if this continues in the future.

Ken did this wonderful set today! I’ve been coming here 2 years, most of the time they are on point! I love this place!

I came here for a XXL set and they practically laughed at me for wanting long nails ??
I asked for acrylic and they did sns the nails came out nice and the shaping was good but she couldn’t do red and black ombré and ended up picking out her own colors to do on my nails lol needless to say I’m not ever coming back

They did a wonderful job on my nails. The pedicure was also delightful. Highly recommended
