I get my nails done every 2 weeks by the same gal, I've gone for almost a full year and still do not know her name.
Some visits she does my nails BEAUTIFULLY, mostly they are sub par. She is personable, remembers my twins and tries to have conversation.
I would appreciate less chatting with the other techs in the foreign language, and more constancy... but it's close and they get me right in.

Very nice salon. Linda did exactly as I asked, which is more than I can say for my former nail place. Was ready for me when I arrived. What I liked the most was when they talk, they talk to the customer, not amongst themselves. Dropping my old nail salon I found a new place.

I see all New faces, I should’ve went with my intuition and turned my ass around and left!!!!! But I didn’t. The services that I received today were horrible, messy job, ruff with the nail file!!! And unprofessional.. I will NOT return and I will make sure that I tell EVERYONE I know NOT to go to “BRIGHT START NAILS”...

I've been to a few places and the area wasn't satisfied, I tried this place and yes this is now my go to nail spa! Was very pleased with the service...

First time there and everything was wonderful! Everyone is so nice and they did a beautiful job on my nails. Making this my regular place :)
