(May 12, 2017 ) My service wasn't good. They didn't do anything that I paid for or asked of them. Instead I was told " this is what everybody does or wants. " I didn't come there to be told what everybody else is doing. I wanted my nails done a certain way, instead the guy shaped them uneven and widely warped. They ended up looking like "candy corn." I also got my eyebrows waxed and they half did them! It didn't even look like they were touched. My pedicure was half assed as well!! The girl acted like she was scared to touch me! I ended up going to another facility to get everything corrected the same day. Wasted my time and a lot of money $$$$

I have visited 4 different nail salons since moving here to Wilmington. Nail City is by far the best one. My nails look great. Vincent is fast and very friendly. I also had a pedicure there which was just as great. Very pleased and will return.

I have been going to Nail City for as long as I can remember and have always had great experiences. They do a fantastic job.
