I always get my nails done at Sweet Nail Bar. They always do a great job. I got my nails done tonight and my manicurist chose my color for me and I'm obsessed with it. My pedicure is beautiful as well and the massage was amazing!!! Love this place!

I highly recommended this place fast service. They are quick to attend you. Make you feel comfortable and relax, which we all look forward to get pampered after a long week or day of work. Amy does an amazing job all the time. ♥️ I refer a lot of people. I’m always ask “who did your nails?” My daughters come here too. Emily Villareal.

My first and last time using their service... so rushed to do the nails, not even good job at at. The tools are dirty. Not organized.. staff going everywhere like chickens... worst 38$ spent ever... talking about price.. $35 for fill is ridiculous for the service they provided.. don’t know what yall talking about great service and good jobs on the nails...

Worst customer service in Richardson! Find another place to get your nails done. They scream at their customers and claim they aren't proficient enough to do a client's nails. If so, why are you in business? Emily (THE MANAGER) is extremely rude and really needs to find a job where she has limited contact with people because she has no idea how to communicate to customers in a respectful way. These services are not cheap. A customer should pay for what they want, not what a manager of a nail salon thinks is best. If something is wrong and you spend over $100 then when addressed, the issue should be fixed. They like to make excuses for their lack of skill and poor customer service! I wish I could give 0 stars!

Rude people!! Kelly drilled the entire powder dip color off my nail and then Emily had to fix them. The next time a nail cracked, and I had to spend more time getting it fixed because Jenny refused to dip my nails 4 times rather than 3. I got in my car to leave and the nail bent in half because she did not put the activator on the nail. I had to come back AGAIN. I explained what happened and Emily said it was because my real nail was weak, but I don't even have a long real nail under the tip so it was an excuse for their lack of skill. I had to repeat myself so many times, and Emily started yelling at me in front of everyone. Emily is very snooty and gives off the impression that she thinks she's better than everyone. If you don't care about customer service this is the place for you. I will never give them another dime of my money.
