I hate giving bad reviews, but when they are bad they need to look at these and make a change. With the positive first, they were SUPER sweet and it was very clean. Now for the negative, paid $50 for a dip manicure and they did it differently than my normal salon. I think this is because they don’t have the equipment to do it right. I left and the clear polish they used to seal it was old and bubbly. I went back the same day and they fixed which it was better. Unfortunately, this manicure lasted 1 week before chipping. My normal salon that does dip I have gone for 6 months and never had a nail chip and lasted more than 3 weeks. I think they should consider not offering the dip method if they can’t do it correctly. I am disappointed because it was so expensive and for the Halloween week and weekend and didn’t last.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was in town and decided to go get a dip manicure. By the end of the manicure there was no color at all. She had filed it all off and blamed it on the color I chose. No accountability. I made the mistake of paying to see if I liked what she did, big mistake. Within 24 hours, the top coat peeled. When I asked for a refund, they refused to do so.

The pedicure felt okay but definitely not the best by any standard. Then by the end of the day and into next my heels and feet were already dried out and fully cracked again. This was after an hour and ten minutes AND the parafin wax treatment. Definitely not worth the $80 it cost.

DO NOT USE!! My wife went in for a mani/pedi. We were going out of town. She let her hands dry for 20 min and tested a nail and smudged it. Her technician was the manager and was rude from the beginning. Should have walked out then. She was irritated and did a poor job fixing. Again she let nails dry for another 20 min so total of 40 min. Came home after another hour and opened a box. This scrapped a large chunk off a different nail. The next day two nails paint were chipped and noticed that 5 nails were bubbly! By 3 day all nails were chipped or pealing.
