I love the way Jenny does my brows, but since I moved so far I haven’t been able to go to her. Every time I decide I’m going to make that drive, I decide to call in first to confirm that she’s there b4 I make that drive, and every time I call, I get the same response “we don’t know when Jenny is going to be here”. I think as an owner, you should atleast let your co-workers know the time you are planning to get to work. You have clients like me that won’t go to anyone else and willing to make a long drive for your service, but yet your coworkers don’t know what time you’re getting in? Unprofessional.

Honestly, these people are very rude. We walked in and I picked out my color and waited for about 5 minutes, then my mom asked if they were gonna paint my nails because we have been sitting down for a bit then the ladie said “Okay, so?” And then she kept talking with another customer. The guy had to tell someone to paint my nails. They were on their phones, eating and not assisting us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Thanks Judy. Awesome job. I only gave 4 🌟 because of organization. If you're a first timer make sure you keep check of where in line you are.

This place has bad customer service. I got there and was standing for 10 minutes while everyone looked busy not paying attention to me or asking me what I wanted. I sat there for 30 minutes while they all went to the back , ignoring me.Very bad place.
