I've been coming here for a couple years now. As a yoga teacher, sometimes its hard to find places to go. For me, I was looking to get away from all of the jargon that came with most of the classes I was taking. I wanted to be somewhere I felt good because of what my body was capable of AND the people I was with. I found my yoga home at YR. Justin and his teachers take a no BS approach to this practice. This is life, and we are people. It doesn't matter how much training you have or who you think you are; check it at the door. Everyone is on the same level, and that was something I really needed. I leave each time filling filled up. When I practice here I feel both challenged and inspired. I don't feel the need to impress anyone with what I'm doing, saying or wearing and that means a lot. I've learned more here than at any other studio. This is what yoga is about, and this place is where it happens. Thankful for the community I have here.

I've been practicing yoga with Justin and his instructors once a week, for about a year now consistently. The improvements, both mentally and physically, are priceless. Personally, I've been using yoga to rehab some injuries I've taken on from years of weightlifting and contact sports. In addition, it's an hour out of my day where I can forget about all of the stresses of crazy work life and improve my mental health. The studio is a everything you need for a perfect practice and I'd recommend Yoga Rebellion to anyone looking for a place to practice. If you want the best yoga instruction around, you'd be a fool to go anywhere else.

Intimate space. Unorthodox instructors. Down to earth. Challenging. Just do it.
