If I could give less I would. I used to go there a lot years ago, and I decided to come back. I wish I didn't. Horrible job even from trusted technicians from the past. Lana was doing my nails, cut my skin while cutting off cuticles and drilling and stopped it with glue, she laughed it off saying I bleed easily. The gel nail polish had bumps underneath, which really bothered me. The nail polish was not even close to my skin, it looked like I've been wearing it for a week but I just did a refill today ! She charged me additionally for "changing the shape" where in fact she only filed my nails a little just like they do at other salons without additional charge. Also, she didn't honor a coupon saying that she's doing too good of a job to honor any. Went back with complaints and received the dirtiest looks from everyone as they were talking probably about me in another language. She fixed what I asked for but now some of my nails have 3 coats of nail polish and other have 2, you can see slight difference in the color. Never going back. Save yourself from her attitude and go somewhere else!

I got a pedicure for the first time at this salon. She made my toe bleed while cutting my cuticles and did apologize. This wasn't the part that upset me, I get accidents happen. My toe continued to bleed as she continued to paint my nails. She asked the employee beside her for something to put on it. As the woman handed her the medicine they both started hysterically laughing. She was laughing so hard she had to turn around and contain herself. It was extremely uncomfortable. Won't be coming back. Very rude...

I just found this salon and I love it. I only go to Kenny or Lana but, they are both amazing. They do designs that no other salons in the area have been able to and they look better then on Pinterest. I adore their Matte options. It’s also the first nail salon thats been aw to do my eyebrows as well as Benefits’s brow bar. I’m fairly hard to please and I’m pretty happy.

I went to Annie's for the first time a couple of weeks ago because they are one of the few places near me that can do chrome nails, which I really wanted to try. I love my usual nail place (Young Nails in Morrisville) and consider myself loyal to them, but for whatever reason, they don't do chrome or fancy designs. I absolutely loved the chrome nails and the technician, Tea (sp?) at Annie's and will be going back to them whenever I'm in the mood for chrome gel nails. However, was very disappointed with the pedicure technician -- she didn't seem to understand at all how to give a comfortable and relaxing massage -- she kept slapping my legs, really weird technique to say the least. They also don't give a nice back and neck massage with the manicures like Young Nails does. So for pedicures and regular gel manicures, I will be staying with Young Nails but for the occasional chrome or fancy nail set, I will go to Annie's until Young Nails finally figures out how to do chrome nails.
