I have been having my nails done here regularly since they opened. I made an appointment this week and d had to wait 35 minutes. Then I was treated as if I had asked them to squeeze me in. I had to move chairs because of other appointments they had and ended up having three different people working on my nails before I was done. A loyal and reliable customer should not be treated that way. Also I always tip 20 % and I think it is generous. I will not be back after this experience ! The lady I sat next to walked in without an appointment and was half way through her appointment before I was even seated.

I went here for the first time to get a manicure & pedicure. The staff was very nice, & I actually got sat down right away, but the pedi wasn't very relaxing, and was rushed. PLUS she kept looking all around the place like she was waiting for something to go down. 😆 then onto my nails, they do look nice, but again, this other girl rushed. I now have a few crooked finger nails, and some hard thing under my nail I have to now file off myself. Wasn't a bad experience though, I'd try this place again.

Being a new client because I got it as a gift the time I went it was busy and the established customers embraced and the service was just fair I will give them another try, liked the decor and the calm atmosphere.. Hopefully the second time is the charm... Wish me luck!!

Sorry, but 3out of 4 times it was bad service, because over booked, sloppy and in a hurry. Not relaxing.
If your looking for a quick job once you get a seat with horrible air to breath, plus fungals.! Honest!

LOVE this place! They always do an amazing job and always accommodate around appointments to get walk-ins in.
