I'm editing my rating... I'd gone back 3 more times since my first review. My results were not very good. The ANC job the young lady did was amateur, at best. But, it the last visit that solidified my decision to not return. It was absolutely horrible. Again, I went for ANC. The young lady used an electric file to remove the old polish and went far too deep, gouging my natural nails. She did this repeatedly, on all 10 nails. They were ruined (not to mention the extreme pain she caused me on a few nails when she hit the nail bed). It's taken several months to grow out. I won't be going back. It's really too bad, because my first visit was wonderful.

Convenient location, great pricing, very clean. Have had three different technicians, loved them all. Even when busy, you get great service. Cute decore, several TV's and a fish tank to keep you distracted. Not to their discredit, but they have some super fussy (what seem like regular) customers that can eat up the vibe in this place super quickly.

This place is horrible. One of the owners or managers was smoking at the front door when we walked up. They lurk over their employees and the employees seem sad. The place was dirty and the nail dryer didn’t have bulbs in it. There was very little selection of nail colors, and they lied about prices over the phone. They don’t even deserve one star.

If you can't do something dont lie and say that you can and make me waste my time traveling there to be disappointed. I called for calgel, which is impossible to find I this area. I know it isnt a common thing so i called specifically asked for this product. They told me that they do. I called TWICE, and both times they said yes. I arrive there to find out that they dont even know what I am talking about. ITS CALGEL!!!! GO STUDY IT. ITS YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!! Not only did they lie but started to drill down on my nails and it started to burn! I asked them not to use the machine because I have sensitive nails but clearly they dont listen to anything the customers say. I asked for calgel, no calgel. I said no machine, they drilled away with the machine (with the most coarse tip). I said no cuticle, they drilled the cuticle. Why do you have ears!?!?! This is such a horrible place. And the guy who did my nails is so rough and had terrible hands. Looked like he belongs in construction not a nail shop. Then the nerve they had to charge me TWICE!!!!!! Once for my calgel takeoff and second charge for polish takeoff. You guys are the biggest rip off. This place is a SCAM!
