This is the only place my mother will visit to have her nails done when she is in town! Also, my wife and daughter visit to have their eyebrows done. From their reports, the prices are reasonable and the service is very good.

HORRIBLE & WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!!! My pedi was rushed & the place was absolutely dead. I was in the chair for 20mins total and my feet look like I never went to a shop. Hardly used any product to soften my cuticle and only a dab of foot scrub that he streched to use on BOTH FEET. Oh & one layer of polish & when I said something about it he literally went back and put one stroke of polish more on each toe! This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to & will NOT be returning!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I needed to get my gel polish with acrylic overlay removed due to a medical procedure I was having. The guy began by cutting my nails low, so low he even cut my right thumb. THEN he proceeds to remove my nails by scraping under with a fake nail! I had to tell him several times it was painful so he pulled out a drill instead. It was the absolute worst service I've ever had. Removing nails should be the easiest task, he couldn't do that so there's no telling if he can put them on. If you're into risking it I'd go here if you want quality I'd suggest CT Nails in abingdon.

At first when I went to this location I thought they were great they went above and beyond. However my last visit was not the case. At my prior visit I got the powder that had the color already in it. I decided at this visit to get a French manicure. I didn't realize that the nails would have to be soaked off because I just got this full set on not too long ago. I was not talked to Prior about the steps they were going to take to get me the results I wanted. After they soak my nails off I did not have much regrowth. I requested them to do forms on my nails so it could give them a little added length. The nail technician only gave me one form on my pinky nail that did not have any regrowth at all. Needless to say I left there with my nails done acrylic over my natural nails but after paying $45 I was not pleased because I don't feel that it was worth it. Also not to mention that when they got to the polishing part he put something on underneath the Polish but did not put it over my entire nail so when my mood color went on it caused a weird look like spots that were darker in spots that weren't. I am aware that the mood color is based on hot and cold but it should not have had. Marks and slashes all over the nail it should have been more half and half for on the tip or something of that nature. I will not be going back to them because also he attempted to get the tips to be thinner and the drill went through the the quick underneath of my nails and it started to bleed and was painful
