Walked in for a shellac manicure. Was seated almost immediately which was nice. I told her how I wanted my nail, she cut them WAY to short, they were crooked. Paint job was horrible it’s already lifting on the side and it hasn’t even been a full 24 hours.. when she finished she started putting lotion on my hands before she sprayed my nail which I had to remind her about and she said she already did but she didn’t because my nails were still sticky. They charged me $32 dollars and on there website it says $25 for a shellac manicure. I will never be coming back.

Very clean and well-kept salon. Kind people and they do a good job. Love getting pedicures here.

Very pleased with this shop. Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Good equipment. Took great care with my pedicure. Enjoyed the scrub and leg massage. Would definitely recommend.

This is thee worst place I’ve been to to get my nails done. I actually walked out of there today! Their customer service is horrible, A woman came in five minutes after I had gotten there, they started her nails before mine and left me sitting there. Their prices are never the same, one of my visits I got a fill and a polish change they charged me $45, I had no problem with that price, another visit I just got a polish change and no fill they charged me $48. Which was Ludacris. My last visit the nail tech was in the middle of doing my nails a woman came in and needed three nails fixed, she stopped doing my nails and made me sit and wait while she fixed the other woman’s nails. Not to mention I feel it is very rude that they speak their language in front of their clients, I am far from prejudice but there’s also a such thing as respects .... this is supposed to be a professional business. I will never go back there !!!
I ended up going to perfect nails which is a very nice salon, I was treated very well.... this salon is very professional, unlike star nails. I’ve heard a lot of complaints in regards to Star nails, but I believe in giving people a chance, I now know where not to go to get my nails done. Perfect nails now has my business.
