I would not recommend going to Aaron i had two deaths literally back to back near my last two appointments and yes i forgot to call. So i offered to pay a fee for missed appointments and he straight up told me i couldn’t book with him anymore and hung up. Sooooo with that being said. He does amazing work...but, obviously not empathic or reasonable. Last time i came to him...i had to wait 40 mins for him to finish a client when i had an appointment...i waited patiently...even tho i could’ve just left for him making me wait. Then...i had a nail repair...i had a clear set but, was missing a nail so instead of him making the nail like the others he said why put it on here and they’ll grow out...so my nail was mis matched...ijs...he was messy and completely rude about my missing appointments issue. No one is thinking about a nail appointment when you had to bury ur grandmother and great aunt not even a month apart...then when i offer to pay a no show / missed appointment fee to get hung up on.

Do NOT go here!! The staff is unprofessional, the shop is unclean (the health department needs to do a pop up visit ASAP) and the work is average at best! I hate that I’ve wasted money in this establishment. Over the past few months the quality of work and the staffs professionalism has been going downhill. Today 2/19/2018 I went in for a fill and an eyebrow wax. I walked out with uneven nails, polish on my hands and my eyebrows almost waxed completely off!! I was LIVID when I saw my eyebrows and instead of apologizing the older bald man who did them said “well everyone gets them like this!” Then yelled very loudly (and was clearly talking about me) in his native language. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional and downright rude and wrong. There needs to be a customer service training ASAP!! Today was by far the absolute WORST experience I’ve EVER had in a salon!

My nail tech Alex is awesome. Never disappoint when I make an appointed and come to him.

I usually go there for Alex, he is super friendly and did exactly what I wanted. He was really nice and his work was gorgeous. He even managed to fix some issues caused by my old nail tech! Yes, the place was a little crowded but it's not a very large place so some crowding is bound to happen. If you don't make an appointment you will have to wait a little but that's because the place is really popular so it can be busy, especially on the weekends. The staff has always been friendly to me and my sister and we have decided this is our new go to place to get our nails done.
