I have been going here for over 10years...only one time.. i was upset..all the other times..other then the long time you have to be there because they are students doing your hair..I LOVE THIS PLACE..my hair looks awsome all the time+the prices are great i highly recommend going here. :)

My stylist was great! that being said:
After learning they did not carry a color in stock (Goldwell) they had no color that would work to tone down yellow in my pure white hair. How about a different line of color.
So, I decided to just get a manicure. NOT recommended
The stylist did a great job on the manicure. However, The salon does not have a nail dryer. What's with that??? Don't bother with a "Spa Manicure." She redid my thumbs after they got marred from putting on my jacket.
However, withing 10 mins of walking out of the salon, the polish was screwed-up/

you can't expect to go here and think your going to get top service like ur going to Newberry st in Boston.. These are students learning. It may take some time for it to get done they are new at this, give them the respect they derserve bc their working hard at it skipping lunches to please you. Their very sweet girls with big hearts. Even the instrustors
