Best Nails spot in VB! They offer consistent quality with mani/pedis & have the best color selection. I have tried many places & since trying Nails 1st, only go here! Awesome staff, too. Everyone working there is very friendly and handle surges / busy hours well. Love this place, it’s my go-to!!

I have been to this place twice. The first time, my acrylic nails turned out good, with an overlay of gel mood polish. However, the second time I went in, I received a different nail technician, who informed me that I did not need white tip, which I wanted, and that she would paint the French tip instead over my acrylics. After painting the white tip with regular polish, not gel, she had me put my hands in the machine, and the white came out bubbly, due to heat exposure. When I pointed this out to her, she pretended to barely notice, and just painted over it, this time with white gel polish... The nails looked bulky and not at all appealing to the eye, she then had another customer behind me, rushed me to leave and charged $34 for a fill and French nail polish... I felt like she did not care for me at all, and just wanted me to leave. Will not be returning to this place.

They use cheap nails .. I went in for stilettos they looked terrible and all my nails were broken by that evening. Not my first time having them either plus my technician was rude and un friendly. I understand it was an hour till closing but still..

I love this place. I am usually a walk-in pedicure. I especially like that their pedis include a paraffin dip.

I absolutely love this place! John and the crew do such a wonderful job everytime my sisters and I come visit. The manicure/pedicures are affordable and always beautiful. I have never left Nails 1st disappointed.
