First time yesterday. Walk in. The decor is older but over all clean. The pedicure chairs could use a steam cleaning and their massage features aren’t the greatest. BUT the customer service and quality of work is EXCELLENT! They have an executive mani/pedi for $40 and it included a hot stone massage for your lower legs and that thing where they put your feet in plastic bags with some liquids. Overall I was very happy with experience. Didn’t give 5 stars because of the chairs.

Messiest manicure and worst customer service ever. Manicurist painted tons of paint outside the nails on my skin - and when i asked her to fix it, she started cutting out the parts she had painted on my skin (didn't think to use remover I guess?) and then she dug into my skin w the clippers on one fingers so deeply she drew blood. So I took the clippers from her and finished up my own damn manicure. Worst part about it? Not one apology. Not one. When it was so obviously needed. I explained my upset at the end and she finally apologized half heartedly but no way am I EVER going here again. This used to be my go-to place whenever I was visiting from NYC but now I gotta find a new spot! (Ps my experience before this one was iffy - I can't remember specifics, as was so long ago - but I remember they were already on thin ice last time.) On the plus side, the pedicure (done by someone else) looks very nice.

They charge $45 for French tip .thats a lot when u don't have 5 star rates

Paid extra for a Glamorous Chocolate pedicure which includes a scrub, lotion, and "finally a 15 minute soothing massage" but I was massaged for less than 5 minutes. They unapologetically said that the 15 minutes includes scrubs... but scrubbing is not a massage. I did not get what I paid for and will not return.
