The charged me $33 to cut my girlfriend's hair and it looked nothing like the picture she showed them. Not even close. I could have given her the cut they did. Don't waste your money.

I had done a review before about how great this place was. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. And to anyone who goes to Ken DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I had an appointment for 5:00 and he called and asked if I could come at 5:30 so I did. He literally kept me waiting till 6:00 then said it would be 15 more mins. It wasn't until 6:30 I got back and that was because he shoved me off on Shellane. I didn't get done until 7:45 that night. I had dinner reservations at 7:30 that I missed because Ken took too long.
On a side note if you do go here Shellane is wonderful. She listens to what you want. She is so so sweet and actually does what you want and does an AMAZING job.

If you don't have an appointment, don't bother. Just waited 75 minutes to be told "come back in 45 minutes"

Ok first, love it there the stylist are amazing shellane does my hair all the time and she is the best, the manager is awesome and it's just a great way to relax and let loose, people complaining need to understand, if u have dark hair it takes time to go lighter, second of all are the stylist are the best we got, they listen to what u want, and people need to communicate a little better so we can understand, we can't read ur minds and we try our best to make everyone happy that are in our chair
