Waited until 9 a.m. until they opened. They wouldn’t service me due to short staff. No other customers except me. 😒.

This is a very good salon and used to go to them for years. My only complaint is they are always always busy. I would go in and tell them what I needed. They used to make time for all their customers but it got to a point where they actually told me they were not able to take me and to leave. In my opinion, no business should turn away a customer. Sadly I will not be going there anymore because of how busy they constantly are.

Such a great place!! They do a beautiful job and make your nails gorgeous AND healthy. The owners are sooo nice. Clean, quiet and affordable! Definitely the best nail salon in Simi :)

The owner is very kind and conversational, she knows a LOT about nail health and my nails look beautiful!
