I've been coming here for a couple of months now and I love the work. They do such a beautiful job of shaping the nails, and the quality of nail polish is great. They do chrome powder too, and are reasonable on pricing. They are busy so try and make an appointment if you don't want to wait. Love this place.

First of all, this is a small business that takes customer service seriously. That's rare nowadays! They really care about their customer's happiness and frequently have special offers to give back to them. I really love that. I haven't seen one special request that they haven't been able to accommodate yet. They are up to date on the newest trends and styles.
A LOT of nail places around here treat their customer's like a revolving door of cattle, they just want to get people in and out as fast as possible, but not this place. I really love that. As far as prices, they are very competitive with others in the area. I love the fact that I don't have to sacrifice quality of service for a cheap price. They are very good, and they treat their customers with reverence and respect. That's severely lacking with a lot nearby places.

Great service by Hanna. Love the way they know their clients and greet new ones. Came in for a Fill w/gel polish. Takes times to work and no rush at all! Busy on Friday and Saturday, so I go on the weekdays.

My mother-in-law and I received beautiful gel manicures and pedicures our first time there. They were busy on a Sunday but still provided excellent service. I managed to chip A couple nails a few days later and when I went back in Andy fixed me up in no time. This place is the best!

This place is AMAZING. I am (admittedly) picky and they always cater to all of my needs. It’s hard to find a nail salon in San Bernardino with Dip powder and even harder to find a place that is experienced with dip. Helen and her staff are ALL experienced and will give you recommendations.
This in addition to fair prices, great customer service, and attention to detail made me switch to Total Nails.
