I’ve been going here for many many years and Mike is always always always very professional. Store is always very clean and organized. When my daughter worked here he was awesome at teaching her the ropes of being professional and management. And if he doesn’t have it trust me he will get it. Called this establishment to see if a particular item was available at their store. The lady who answered the phone didn't understand what I was asking her. There was an obvious language barrier. I asked her if there was someone there who spoke English. She hung up on me. It was so rude and unprofessional. I will not be patronizing this store😡

I love coming here, very welcoming, the minute I walk in the door. Excellent customer service. The women here, help out everyone that come in. For me, they have the best wig selection. The manager is amazing too. Very comfortable place to be..

Usually have great service here but notice Kandy the nail tech over drills ur mail bed to the point of bleeding she will glue your new acrylic nail set to a rip or broken nail to cause more tears and she uses lines like “don’t act black” STAY FAR FAR AWAY M from here if you’re of color or if you care about you nail bed .After causing damage too my nail bed to the point of bleeding she also refuse to fix it. Terrible service
