Unfortunate to say, possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in and waited at the front desk for approximately 5 minutes. The front door bell sounded but no one came out front. After the 5 or so minutes of waiting, in view of the staff, NOT ONE person acknowledged me being there. Two staff members actually came to the front desk and completely ignored me. Did not greet me, ask how they can help, absolutely nothing, barely even eye contact. Finally, a young woman came to the front, acknowledged me, apologized for the wait, and asked what I needed. I proceeded to let her know my experience and, she just looked at me. I have been there a few times before and I was absolutely flabbergasted at the complete lack of customer service, courtesy, lack of training and consideration a salon should give to a customer. I give it one star, only for location, nothing else. Sad. The owner should be ashamed that employees treat paying customers in this manner.

I have been getting my hair done here since I was a teenager by Michelle. She's great and the staff is always friendly. She now cuts my daughters hair and of course did a fantastic job!
