REVIEWS

I wish I had the opportunity to read the reviews before I stopped in. I asked for silk wraps and was quoted $40 (which I repeated back to her "only $40?" - becuase I know they are typically more expensive - the manager said "yes yes sit down!"). The manager was screaming at her staff and brought over a clear case for gel nail tips and said "you get gel nails instead." I, of course, said no and I was going to get the wraps I asked for. She proceeded to tell me that I "needed french tip" (which I did not want) becuase "it would look better than what I wanted." Long story short - the manager brought a reciept to me for $70 which was not the price I was quoted when I came in (she denied it). In the end, they lied about the price and tried to push me several times into getting nails I didn't even want. By the way, the nails don't look good at all. They are shaped unevenly and the nail polish isn't painted on evenly. In addition, two of my nails are sore today (which I have never experienced with any type of artificial nail). This was the worst experience I ever had!

DO NOT GO HERE! The worst salon ive ever been to. First off they do not sterilize their tools. The lady tried to use the same tools she just used on someone else's feet. They are pushy and over priced. The salon is very dirty.

The absolute WORST manicure and pedicure I have EVER had. The owner rushed through it and didnt ask me if I wanted my cuticles cut. Not only did three of my cuticles end up bleeding from her carelessness but then she butchered PART of the remaining nails and then stopped? The nails were filed to all different lengths. HORRIBLE

The lady (assuming she's the owner) is very abrasive and pushy. She charged us 75 a pop for spa-pedicure. She scribbled some numbers down on a paper towel and demanded we pay the fee. While we were in there, some other people were getting work done and were obviously very upset with the price. The owner seems to be incapable of talking at a normal volume and her shrill voice gave me a headache. It was the opposite of a relaxing experience for us. Reading the other review it seemed that they do accept credit cards (she mentioned something about tipping via cc) but the owner made us walk down the block to the liquor store and go to the atm machine to get cash and made sure that we wouldn't forget to get enough for the tip as well. This whole thing with making up numbers and demanding cash instead of credit card makes me wonder what she's doing on the tax end. The employees were nice but quiet. It appeared from their body language that they were uncomfortable with the situation but also cautious not to compromise their jobs at the same time. Please stay away from this place and make sure others stay away as well. I'm furious about what happened here and will contact the BBB about this business.

Absolute worst manicure I've ever had. The owner did my nails herself. Taking time in between yelling at her staff in Korean, she managed to polish my cuticles (which are a mess because she wasn't looking at my hands while pushing them back)and skin around my nails and occasionally got some paint on the actual nail. She is also a close talker, pushy and I will never return. OH and don't try and use a credit card - even though they accept credit cards she is nasty when you try and use one.
