Got my mom a gift certificate on Dec. 22, 2016. We attempted to use it today. The lady said by law it expires 6 months after buying it. According to several websites that is completely a lie. Nowhere on the certificate did it say it expired, nor was it posted anywhere in the business. They apparently switched managers sometime in this 1 and a half years and now it was different. They never informed buyers about this switch. I also had a new lady on me who put top coat as a base coat, and cuticle oil as a top coat. I don't know if they are confused and not on top of it today, or this is just how it runs. Not happy, and will not be coming back!

Not impressed. We got there just before they opened and they told us to come back in 20 mins. I had my daughter with so I said “I just want to make sure I’m first” and they said “no problem”. I came back in 15 instead of 20 and they were already working on 2 women with another 2 waiting. I was upset they served others after they sent me away. They promised they had someone coming in and told em to wait. Well 30 mins later, I was still waiting. She put me in a broken chair with the massage balls sticking out, making the chair very uncomfortable. If I hadn’t promised my daughter a special day getting nails done, I would have walked out sooner. Ridiculous!

Went here to get my eyebrows done. They looked nice except for a few pieces that needed to be tweezed so I asked the lady if she could tweez it and she kept saying she didn't want to do it so I was like well if you're not gonna do it then I can't pay the full amount. So I asked for the manager to see if she would fix it and she gave me an attitude and said nothing was wrong with my eyebrows and didnt fix it...they keep trying to argue with my while I'm just trying to get the service that I'm paying for then manager says "we're gonna get this straight right now, call security".... I paid and left drove home crying because I don't understand what I did to be treated like that I spoke to them nicely and everything. This has ruined my whole day and now I have to fix my eyebrow myself after I paid somebody else to do it

They are so nice to me and they take very good care of your nails. They are very experienced and they know what they are doing. My favorite people are Rosie and Veronica. You should definitely get your nails done here.
