Wait was minimal. They even let me bring my own wine. The worst part was the paint job... $53.00 for gel was pricy but, not the worst. The worst part was there were terrible mistakes. I didn't notice at first but my toes must have scrapped against the curing light. I couldn't tell that there were huge gouges in the paint until I left however, the technician would have had to, and they still put the top coat on!!! Infuriating!!!

Had an appointment for 3 people at 1pm..1 person was to get their nails done and 2 others were to get pedicures. Got seated pretry quickly. The one getting their nails done got started on right away. The other 2 getring their pedicures done were really slow in getting serviced. The first pedicure started at 1:15 and the 2nd pedicure got started at 1:47pm. And in the process, somebody elze walked in said they had an appointment for 1:30 and got serviced before the 1:00 appointment. I will not be back. Not good service for the customers.

This place sucks. I walk in, the Asian lady said can I help you? I said yes I need a full set, she said you wan come back we really busy, ummm there was absolutely NO ONE WAITING and she we too busy. Seriously, you guys are HORRIBLE! Never go there!

Went to this place because of the good reviews. Terrible service, slow, and horrible quality. I got acrylics and three days later two of them were already lifting. And the only person there that can do fake nails won't mention that little fact. I went in with my friend and after I had been waiting for over an hour she finally said that she's the only one who could do fake nails. And when she finally finished my friends nails, she didn't clean her work station between us or use clean tools. I won't be returning. Too many other places to check out in Austin.
