Absolutely horrible. I came here because I needed a gel removal and a regular manicure. When I got there they all kept looking at my natural nails like they did not know if they were real or acrylic or what. They talked among themselves in a language that I did not understand and when I asked what the concern was, they just ignored me. The lady came with acetone to soak my nails and then just walked away. Much later another tech came to begin my manicure. I specifically told him to cut very little of the cuticle as I don't really have a lot and I did not want to get cut. Repeated it several several times, but apparently he was not listening because sure enough he cut my cuticle too much and then proceeded to pull it causing me a lot of pain and of course
to blead. He immediately put that liquid that is suppose to stop the bleeding( It did not stop) he put it on 3 times and nothing. I told him "I told you very little" to which he had no response. The manicure could have been done better by my 16 year old daughter. The cost was $23 ( a total waste). will never come here again. I'm not sure how long this tech has been doing this or if this technician was even certified. I did not get his name because I just wanted out of there, but he did not appear to know what he was doing. What a shame!

Worse treatment by the owner I ever had. He just accepted cash but he doesn’t say anything when you arrive, just until you finish so, how I didn’t had cash I asked him if he had zelle or something else
He just took my phone from my hands “as a guarantee” without consent and tell me to go to get cash out of the place . Waooo I can’t believe it
He doesn’t has credit service
He doesn’t inform to the client before
And he takes a personal item as a guarantee without consent
What’s wrong with this place ?
Niuby the girl who did my nails, she was excellent but unfortunately this place is dirty and very bad costumer service

Le Nails never seems to disappoint i had these beautiful nails done, The environment is very clean and they always make sure you’re well tooken care of. Highly recommend and most definitely coming back 😻❤️❤️❤️

They don’t clean their equipments etc, I caught an infection on my thumb a day after getting them done. How disgusting. Never again.

I literally sat in the pedicure seat for 20 mins. I asked if they can at least put the water on so I can soak my feet in there in the meantime & they said wait a minute & had to wait for another 15 mins to just get water in the tub going.

Has anyone heard of a salon saying you must pay extra to just get the dead skin scrubbed off?!? Right, me neither! They told me I had to pay to get a prepackaged file set to even get a pedi & then when i told them I didnt get my feet scrubbed he said “we tried our best” but they never even tried & second my feet arent that bad that it would take long to scrub.
Weird place. Awful customer service. Make you pay for extra that should already be included in a regular pedicure & don’t even do a great job!
