This place is Horrible!!!!!! Their customer service is very bad. They act as if you’re begging them to do your nail, and as if the money you’re spending has no value. They refused to do my nail and call me picky because my nail was not shaped right and i point it out... worst place ever !!! Don’t go here.

Awful. Trust me, go elsewhere. A few days ago I made an appointment at 10 AM for me to get my nails done by Tracy at 4 PM. I get there at 4:02 and Tracy has JUST started someone else's nails. I thought that it was fine because she would probably go back and forth between us, I understood that right before Christmas is probably busy. NOPE, I'm left just sitting there. I had an appointment and I'm ignored for almost 40 minutes. I politely tell Tracy that I think I have to leave now, I had made the 4 PM appointment at 10 AM that morning because I had places to be. Tracy did not apologize, nor did the woman at the front desk. Tracy just said "OK", and I left.
Even worse they don't have the service to have this kind of attitude and behavior. Their nails are at best: mediocre. If you ask for a certain kind of nail they will not tell you if it lasts less long or how much more it'll cost until after it's done.
Basically, if you want to be treated like a person and get great nails too - do not go here.

I’m sort of scared to go anywhere near that salon . When I went there it was PACKED and I didn’t want to be sitting there all day. So my mom went to the nail salon over and they can take us right away so as I was leaving there to go meet my mom one of the workers followed us out screaming at us not to leave and they will take us right now so If ur in a rush just leave so they will take you right away.. I will never be going there again
