Pro nails is one of the best salons I have ever been to. Mary is the nail tech I have been going to for over 2 years. She does a fabulous job with SNS nails as well as pedicures. I have also had my nails done by several of the other technicians when Mary is not available and they have all been great. I highly recommend Pro Nails. Everyone is so friendly and they really care about their clients.

It started off good they listened but then they started doing my nails, I got acrylic nails and each nail has a different length. With one of they’re tools they sanded off my skin around my nails, I asked for shorter nails just a little then they cut them nearly completely off. And don’t even get me started on the paint, it was dried out then they put acetone (nail polish remover) in it so they go on better. There in no nail light to harden your nails, they put you under a fan for like 20 minuets, I’m not exaggerating, so the nails bubbled up and after 3 HOURS they still were not dry! I took the polish off and put my own on and it looks way better. I’m really sad and disappointed that they turned out so bad, I was really looking forward to my nails I honestly wish I could bet my money back Bc it’s that bad.

I'm very sad this visit. This is my second time here and will be my last. My first experience was amazing. Today I experienced insult after insult in the Vietnamese language. Mary took care of my pedicure and wasn't liking my minor noise making as I was very uncomfortable and telling her I'm not comfortable with the spin nail filer to remove the polish. She spoke a very not nice word in Vietnamese to me. Insulting actually because I actually understand Vietnamese. Being I am part Vietnamese. I highly do not recommend speaking another language other than English while working with a client. After I had said, hurt in Vietnamese, she was surprised. Then the lady, Linda remembered me from the last visit. She told Mary I understand Vietnamese. Mary continued to make comments in Vietnamese. She threw my own nail polish I brought, on the work table because it was 'like nothing' to her, in Vietnamese. She also said The nail filer machine didn't hurt. Just complaints from her is what I felt the whole time. Which I still could not believe she continued to speak in Vietnamese after she knew I understand what she is saying. Linda apologized for Mary's treatment. I still will not return. I'm not very I'm happy and will pay for the unsatisfactory service. Unfortunately.

Manicure was horrible .Lady who was removing old gel and tips was horrible. She got upset with me because she didn't know I had tips to be removed . Manicurist thought it was only gel to be removed. She got very upset and snatched my hands to her to started using the dremmel sanding device . Manicurist burnt three of my fingernails with the dremmel. On the third nail, I pulled my hands back and asked her if she just didn't have the time to do my nails. She began by raising her voice and said that I had tips and needed to soak longer. She kept repeating it. I got up and told her I would go elsewhere. I paid for the pedicure I had received and left . Will not return.
