Been coming here for a few years now. When I first started the staff was more than welcoming. Never had to play musical chairs, now I go and seems like the best techs don’t want to work. They are quick to pass you off to another tech. They get mad if your not happy with your services and talk about you. I just decided to go somewhere else all together.

I’m a new customer, only have been 4 times; still getting a feel for the place. But so far actually I like this nail salon, I’m very simple BUT particularly. They do a great job on lashes! They introduce me to SNS and I like it b/c I prefer the natural look, I do wish they have more vibrant colors for SNS and wish they have the exact color SNS for hands and toes 😩. They have always greeted me w/ a smile and make polite conversation. Will continue to go, as long as they keep up the good work.

Every time I go there the nail techs are very rude. They do their very best to over charge you, they charge you for square or round shaped nails. No one does that!!!!!, but I notice they only try to over charge certain people, while giving you rude service in the process. I don't like how you can clearly see them treating some people pleasingly, professional, and kind and completely mistreating others. This is BAD FOR BUSINESS
