I honestly hated this place. It was my first time getting acrylics and my nail tech was less than understanding. He threw my hands around constantly and if he did actually ask me to do something, if i didn't do it in 3 seconds and he'd move my hands himself. and then when i asked for jewels on my nails, he had no clue what i was talking about and just sent me to some other lady, who put them on crooked and then left me at the drying bar and never came back.

When leaving my last review I was left a little disappointed after leaving. The owner (Liz) reached out to me and fixed the situation. She is the epitome of great customer service. Thanks liz, I will be back!!!!

It was not a good experience I went with my sister for manicure and pedicure. She put regular manicure and I put the gel. Her manicure didn't dry and it was peeled of once we were out of the place. The gel one it was all peeled of after 4 days taking all my nails with it. And it was not cheap at all
I don't know where did they get the 4.7 stars ??!!!!!!!

I have been going to Creative Nails for several years. I was recommended to Liz by several friends who are also her clients. I have been very satisfied with Liz and the service she provides. I have diabetes and lost one of my toe nails. Liz has hand crafted an artificial nail for my toe. I find the cleanliness of the salon to be excellent and have never had any problems in 5 plus years with infections or anything else. I have recommended my family to Liz as she also provides waxing services and permanent make up. Everyone always has been highly satisfied with Liz's services. I can highly recommend Creative Nails to anyone reading this review with full belief that you too will be a satisfied returning customer.
