This will be my second time to this facility. And probably the worst experience I have ever had and that says a lot since I have gotten my hair done for most of my life. Scheduling for a full highlight was not sufficient time to even have my hair completely process. Not only did I confirm with the receptionist when I made the appointment if it would be enough time. It wasn't. I was even called in earlier after an appointment prior to me was cancelled days before my appointment. The students who worked on my hair were more than accommodating yet very limited by a specific instructor Alex in a cat jumpsuit. The bleach in my hair didn't fully process. And the instructor Alex knowing full well the time started that I wouldn't get the full benefits of the appointment to get what I was paying or even to finish properly. Also this instructor told the student to use the wrong developer especially because the time for my hair was very slim. Alex rushed the students when my hair was toning. Students weren't allowed to even dry my hair at all so I can see the color. And as I was taken out of the bowl and towel dried in the chair, Alex the instructor who either thought I couldn't see her reflection in the mirror or just didn't care, wrote on a piece of paper to hurry up and get me checked out so they can hurry up and go home. I not only confronted her regarding the note and told her how unprofessional she was and to even let me leave when this whole situation was obviously her and the scheduler's fault for my hair looking the way it did. Her response was I could come back again and get it done. My hair was blotchy in yellow and even after both students had spent all day on my hair to only be told to hurry and rush me out so the school can close and everyone could go home. I am completely mortified and so disappointed on this experience. Even to know someone like Alex is in charge of this students and teach them to treat customers this way. I understand this is a school but I'm still a real paying customer. My hair is absolutely ruined and I even had to pay for this and can't get an appointment before the holidays to get it fixed. What is being taught in this school should also be focused on customer service and correcting what was done wrong on the schools part. Because this experience should have not ever had to happen to a customer that put her trust and money into a company that could care less what her feelings and experience was. Instructors who have obviously gone through the program and graduated should know better and also teach better to even be in the position they are placed in. This experience was completely disheartening and disappointing!

Leslie Gonzalez did my highlights. Very friendly and I really like the way my hair came out and would highly recommend her work!

I can’t say enough good things about Marilyn Palmer and her incredible hair dyeing skills! From the moment I walked into her salon, I felt completely at ease. Marilyn has a true gift for understanding exactly what I wanted, and she transformed my hair into a masterpiece. The color is vibrant, flawless, and perfectly suited to my skin tone. Not only is she a master colorist, but she’s also warm, professional, and truly passionate about her work. If you’re looking for the best hair dyeing experience, look no further—Marilyn Palmer is an absolute gem!

First time here, the first time getting highlights or a balayage. Which is what they said they were going to do. New to me. So I am entrusting the teacher and the young lady. Right. As a person who doesn't know anything about this stuff. I always wear a pony tail, bunn, or blow out for work. That's why I wanted to try a school rather than a big salon, so in case something like this happened, I can learn what I like and don't like. My issues are 2 things, the color and where the color starts. I asked for the picture below, but instead, I got a really bright red. And I have long hair, so the color starts around my ears a little above. Didn't fully understand why to start it there. I'd understand an inch or 2 down from my scalp, but around the ears... I wanted more of a chestnut honey color but got really bright red!!! I'm not the type of person who likes to stand out. I can't, I'm not a big "bam," type person. I like to blend in or more professional mature type of look. This may hurt my work professionalism at corporate. Soo I'd like to tone it down. The girl who attended me, nice person, she did great attending. I still tipped her. She's learning. The teacher was a bit edgy and helped the girl. The balyage is great, and she did fantastic blending it. So yes, that was awesome. It's just that I don't believe the coloring was her fault because we looked at a book with sample colors. We reviewed what I was looking for more. And this color is not at all that tone. Soo that being said, how long do I have to wait to get this recolored and corrected somewhere else?
