This time at Avalon Institute, I came in for a vibrant coloring with the wonderful hairdresser Erica! We started with my natural hair color that was previously lightened at another salon. Our first step was to lighten the base to create an even color in order to create such a beautiful and vibrant ocean blue/green. After the lightener, I had a wonderful shampoo/wash, whereafter we got to set the final color! Once the color was applied, she trimmed my hair upon my request to help maintain a healthy head of hair, and got to do some cool short buzzing on the sides of my head. All in all, Erica is a fantastic hairdresser and I am left feeling incredibly impressed! If you want any color done, be sure to come visit Erica at the Avalon Institute- she is very friendly and does a fantastic job with everything in between!

Leslie C did my eyebrows just in time since i will be a chambelan in my friends quince. She got me looking nice. I got recommended by my friend who also goes to her and she did not disappoint!

I was nervous about getting highlights in my hair only because everywhere I had gone before, I ended up with bright orange hair.
The 1st time I came in, Dominique recognized that i had damage to my hair and expressed her concerns of more damage, that i wouldn't get the desired look I wanted.
She suggested that we cut some length off and start the recovery process of health hair (hair mask) before any highlights were done.
Two months later, it was time to do a test strand, and even though my hair could have used more time to recover, i couldn't wait any longer.
Dominique really took the time to understand the desired look. I was going for. (noticeable but subtle and no Orange)
My hair feels the healthiest it's ever been, and the compliments on my hair have been endless!
I highly recommend making an appointment with Dominique at Avalon Institute.

Philsenia was AMAZING, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Making sure i knew what products went in and how they would help my hair! Thank you so much! got a beautiful red color with no bleaching necessary!
