I was quoted one price on the phone, then ended up paying $20 more than what I was originally told.
I have one specific requirement at any new nail salon that I go to. During any part of the service(filing, trimming etc) please do not cause me to bleed. My nail tech (without even asking me if I wanted my natural nails shortened) cut my thumb nail so low that it started bleeding. She did at least apologize which was nice. Also, I asked for one shape and ended up with a completely different one because the style I wanted was out of date.
The building itself was great, and very clean.
But, otherwise than that I will not be going back to this salon.

I don't get pedicures often but when I do I want to be relaxed and I want some attention to detail... In the end it always feels rushed and a bit of a let down. Meh...

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. The workers are never focused and they’re rude. I came in for a fill in and the lady said my nails were coming loose so she insisted I get a new full set, in which she used a plastic nail to rip my acrylics off. It hurt very bad and my natural nails were weak but she still filed over them with the electric filer. Then, put some type of chemical on them which burned and hurt a lot. In the past I’ve gotten a pedicure here and my toe got an infection. Long story short, don’t go to this nail salon. I recommend Grand Nail Spa in Danada. It’s very clean and the service is great. They do a way better job for the same prices.

Let me first say I’ve never done an online review... this place was so bad I felt obligated to share why. I have taken my daughter (a high school student) to this place 3 times and after the consistent rudeness and false advertising I will never go back. First of all, they have prices posted on the outside of their shop stating $22 for a full set for high school students with an ID. I went expecting this amount, show them her ID and they give us a hard time then end up charging me $32! Because “she got long nails extra $5, and coffin shape extra $5” The woman was on her cellphone most of the time paying no attention to the nails but frustrated and short with my daughter when she was at all distracted. Apart from the obvious ripping people off, her nails were literally falling off within 2 days and most shops will replace them at no charge. Not this one! They said they would charge me $3/nail. It has been only 10 days and we have paid to replace 3 nails (at another shop) still more of the original ones are falling off; worst set I’ve seen. Cost me well over $50 including tips and even today more are coming off so she got frustrated and removed them all. They are Unprofessional! STAY AWAY they will overcharge and treat you badly with a poor resulting product.
