This place gets 0 stars for mine and my friends experience..... I have never been to a place that did such an awful job... The people were rude. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain what I wanted .. I payed extra for a better pedicure that I feel I did not even get. My nails turned out absolutely awful... Already looks like I need a feel-in.... On top of that some of my nails are not even completely covered on the sides.... Also the ones that are look a inch thick.. I will never go back to this place. And would advise others not to as well.... I'm so disappointed in my service I received.... And my friend felt the exact same way.... 😔😔

I got a manicure done and they did not do a good job unfortunately. I probably won’t ever go there again. I could have done it better myself and I paid $30. I ended up peeling the color off of my nails two days later. It was so thick that it just peeled off.

First of all, the place is filthy, nasty, and dirty. This past Saturday, I was told that I could not get serviced because "the white people come first." Being that I am German, Ashkenazim Jewish, Ethiopian Jewish, Yemenite, Melanesian, Irish, Scottish, Scandinavian, Italian, Hispanic, and West Indian, I wondered if I should have excused myself to the restroom and slap white paint on one side of my face. If these stores want only Caucasians to enter, they should place "White Only" signs in front of their establishments. The customer service representatives are extremely hostile and rude. Yet, their culture of females cohabited with black men during the Vietnamese War, and have the unmitigated gall to deny blacks and mixed race cultures service. They should be SHUT DOWN expeditiously.

Poor quality of service & unpleasant atmosphere. I had never been here before but gave them a try because they were open later into the evening. Definitely NOT worth that little convenience... I got a basic mani/pedi combo. The pedi was okay but very rushed. The lady also used a clear coat that had obviously been used with a dark green polish (because it was tinted green), which makes my toes look kind of dead but whatever. Mani was also rushed & sloppy. I had 3 layers of nail polish & a top coat slapped on in less than 5 minutes & it took forever to dry. Polish was all around my cuticles but somehow didn't fully cover some nails all the way to the side edges. My polish split/cracked & chipped the very next morning!! Never in my life has this happened to me, even with cheaper polishes! And here's where it gets exciting! The lady had her little boy in there running around, rolling in the floor and throwing toys. I understand there's probably childcare issues in the evening but I was planning to be child free for an hour or so!! And it really made for an unpleasant visit when she kept stopping to call down her child every few minutes & was clearly irritated with him not listening. To top it all off DURING MY MANICURE (while she had me go wash my hands) she called him over to clip HIS fingernails. So, I was sitting there waiting for her to finish HOME hygiene routine for her child before she painted my nails. She didn't even wash her hands between clipping his nails & painting mine. GROSS!!! Little boys are gross. I know because I have one. I had just washed my hands & then I had God only knows what germs from under his nails on my hands. It was really just a terrible experience!!!

I had a pedicure there and it was 55 dollars for a gel pedi. Expensive first of all they ripped skin from in between toes and have had sore toes for 4 days. Not clean at all. Unprofessional.
