Terrible gel manicure. Their nail polish is old and streaky. I left with color all over my cuticles. She said they were too short, but I've had plenty of gel manicures with short nails and they've never looked this bad. Didn't pay for that. Will not be congratulations back.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Whoever let this man do nails needs their head examined. After 1-1/2 and him trying to fix the mess he created, I was ready to explode. But I said nothing until I got outside and saw how truly awful they were in full light. They actually dipped in the middle and were insanely thick at the cuticles and tips. I should have known when he started applying dipping powder with a brush and walked out then. And you’d think that with that much applied product he’d manage to cover the whole nail, but oh no! And upon him seeing that I was looking at the bare spot, his solution was to file off the bald part so one thumb is majorly shorter than the other. When I went back inside they couldn’t even rationalize how bad it was. They wanted to fix it but they will never touch me again. With no fight, they refunded my money. The place I went to to get them removed couldn’t believe it. I wish I had read these reviews in the first place. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! I don’t know how they are in business

My 12 year old sister could probably paint my nails and run a business better than these people can. I went to this location about a week ago and got shellac on my fingers and just a regular pedicure. The lady who did my toes just rushed her way through instead of making sure she did a quality job, she just handed me off so she could get to the next customer. The man who did the shellac was TERRIBLE, and the experience with him was a NIGHTMARE. Not only was he rough with positioning my hands and wrists, he was completely unfriendly and did a very poor job on my finger nails. If you want a QUALITY nail place that will do a good job and treat you with respect, go to Padella's in Arvada instead.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I went on Valentines day with my friend to get a full acrylic set . When I walked in and was quickly helped, which was nice, but the guy who did my nails continuously hurt me to where I started to loose large chunks of skin and bleed. Also, he put the nail on too close to the top and broke two off while filing them, which took off some of my real nail and hurt me even more. The guy would mess up and blame me, which was rude and completely unprofessional. While he was in the middle of doing them he stopped and started watching the news and talking with the other employees for about 15 minutes just letting me sit there with no reason. It was a waste of my time. I do not see myself returning ever and would not put my friend through the pain of suggesting this place to them.

This place was okay at first but I went today to get a rebase and my nails are crooked, lopsided, and uneven. I asked the lady who did my nails to fix them and make them even but it was clear she was mad at me, so she SANDED THE SIDE OF MY FINGER AND PUT ACETONE ON MY RAW SKIN just out of spite. Some of the woman here are trained but others do very poor jobs.
