This was the worst nail salon ever . The wait was insane jut to do a Meni pedi was not satisfying she messed up my toe nails so bad she did them over again and still came out looking like a kid painted them. My fingers where not drying at all and she forced me to pay her before seeing her horrible job $40 for nails I could of done myself there was parts of my nail chipped off and everything not to mention I did expect to get fake nails on and they tried charging me $75 for it all . The second day it started to peel off . They use the same nail polish on everyone not cool at all. Everything was dirty not sanitized and out of order. She did my nails without a care in the world her attitude suck why are they still in business????? Horrible place don't waste your money cause I did.

I went to get my nails done with my friend. And when I got there at first I felt rushed and I felt like they weren't wanting to tend to me they were just rushing so they can get my money i didn't appreciate being rushed. I had a nail that was uneven and the top coat for my white nails became a weird yellow color after a few days. That same day was the first time I got one of the male employees which I have nothing against. He was just very rough with my nails and I was in pain. he held my finger too tight and when he went to file it he would pinch the sides of my fingers way too hard and I have little blood bruises on the side. I felt bad at first from flinching and stuff because he look like he felt bad but at the same time I thought he would understand the message that he was being too rough. After a few days one of my nails broke and usually acrylics are very sturdy but for some reason there's aren't and they put a very thin layer. And yes it is cheap but I see what they mean when they say you get what you pay for. Don't waste your time.

My pedicure was the best. I had a relaxing experience. I felt comfortable and pampered. My pedicure took almost an hour. K. was very focused and took his time. All these years, I’ve wasted being unsatisfied. They are passionate here. The customer service is awesome. My nail tech is knowledgeable and cuts my toenails properly. K. doesn’t need the motorized file. They do upsell, but that’s just good business. I will continue to come here.

I only gave this miserable place a 1 start because I had to. I would have well preferred to give it a 0. The employees are absolutely miserable. After walking in to get a certain service done, I was questioned endlessly about what I was looking to do and was told they had no idea what I was taking about. In front of all of the customers this particular employee was questioning me to death for no reason and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I walked out faster than I came in. I would not recommend anyone goes here. This place doesn't deserve anyone's money, clearly they don't want business when they turn customers away right at the door. Not to mention the place looked extremely small and unkept. Poor poor poor customer service, I can't emphasize that enough. I was also looking for a place to book for my bridal party to go to, and this place will NOT get a cent of my money. Please let friends know that there are endless other options for nail salons, and this disgrace of a place isn't even worth turning your head for. AWFUL!!!!!!
