I love 9Round Pickens! The facility is well designed and the personal coaching yields in fast results. The workouts change daily so no boring routine. Nicole has excellent training and motivational skills and the patience to deal a newcomer to kickboxing, such as myself! It is really a fun and effective workout.

Best workout ever! I was thrilled when they opened up in Pickens. The trainers are great, giving encouragement and praise every step of the way. When I am finished, I feel like I have pushed myself and accomplished something. It has not been easy, but I was not looking for easy and it is definately worth the sore muscles!

Tried 9Round for the first time at this location and the overall experience rocked!! The staff is fantastic! They were very nice and knowledgeable. I was nervous to try it, but they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I didn't over due it my first time out! Great place!!! Thank you 9Round Pickens!!

9 Round Pickens is the best place to work out!! Great workouts that change daily and can be modified to meet your specific needs. The trainers are excellent about demonstrating the exercises and give great encouragement. Love 9 Rounds!!!!
