Actual amazing service! As soon as you walk in, they make it their main priority to make sure you have an amazing shopping experience! I was overwhelmed by the variety of products they are selling! Don't let those low reviews fool you! I was hesitant at first but after comparing the good to the bad, I decided to go ahead and check out the store and did not feel an ounce of regret!

Never buying from here again. Worst customer service!! Adding comment: I’m not a fake person. And i have been a customer. I don’t know why owner is commenting I’m fake and have never bought from them. They deserve these bad comments. I agree with them. They do have very Poor customer service.

The worst to buy online....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THEY TAKE FOREVER TO SHIP OUT YOUR STUFF. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. You leave voicemails and they don’t even get back to you. There’s just no way to speak to them if there’s anything up with your order. You’d literally have to make the drive to their store to see what’s up with your order or you’ll just never know.

The ladies were very helpful and friendly. This is my new spot for nail charms. The prices were also reasonable. Definately will be coming back.

I love shopping online here but the customer service is poor. I placed an order on feb 7th. A week has now passed and it still hasn’t shipped. I wanted to ask why so I’ve tried calling multiple times a day, leaving voicemails because no one picks up. I’ve tried contacting through sending multiple emails still no reply back and I have checked my trash and alt email folders. I even tried contacting multiple times through social media still no reply. All I want to do is speak to someone about my order. Like I said I love the selection of items but if I’m paying my money I would like to hear back if I’m trying to get an answer on a order I placed, if not I’ll just take my money elsewhere.
