Very Clean,Classy,and Great customer service! All the techs were very good! The atmosphere was 👍great. Loved my gel manicure 💅. The prices was very reasonable! If you are in the area Stop by and try them out!! I promised you won’t be disappointed!!

My acrylic set is beautiful! She took just over an hour to finish my set. Very polite. Coffin shape was extra $5, making my total $45. Pretty average price.

I will never return here. The “main lady” (NOT the manager) is rude, passive aggressive, pushy, and just a down right b***ch. my friend and I came and were offered horrible service! We came to get a dip manicure together but instead they did my friend’s nails first. We were talking amongst ourselves about the service and how next time we would just go somewhere else. The lady that was doing my friends nails (the lady mentioned before) went off on me and said she was refusing to do my nails. She even went as far as admitting that her and her coworkers had been talking about my friend and I in their native language. They will lie and say the wait is shorter just to get your business and leave you in foil for 30+ minutes. During our argument we requested her manager. She then said “you don’t need to know that, I’m not telling you that”. Then changed her story and said she was the manager. We asked another employee if she was the manager and they said no.
Idk what is going on at this salon but I don’t want any part of it.

Katherine has been my tech for a really long time and I'm so happy shes here now. Its clean and nice inside and the staff is very friendly

Bad experience, rude staff. I won't be back. I've been to glo nails once before (in the middle of the week after they first opened) and had a great experience. Went back recently with my mother in law and had a terrible experience. The shop is clean (not saying much for a new establishment) but the staff is rude and the communication is minimal. My nails looked nice, but they did a terrible job with my MIL. And the lady who worked on her nails did not speak English at all. I am okay with this. I have been places where this is not an issue because some other technician helps translate. Not the case here. We were literally pantomiming to be understood. With so many great nail places in Edmond, no need to go here. I hope they get it together eventually, because the place is so close to my house and the shop itself is so nice.
