to start off i called in for two full sets (manicure). when we got there they made us wait for a good 30 minutes past our appointment. they told me i only called for one full set even though i know i clearly said TWO FULL sets. after she already started putting the nails on she then claimed it would be an extra 5$ for length and an extra 5$ for what shape i wanted (i’ve never been to a nail tech that does that) so i ended up with short nails that were completely crooked and poorly done (i usually get quite long nails) after they were done painting and everything they sent me over to the drying station, didn’t even turn the actual fan on and then i sat there for about 3 minutes untill she came over and turned it on. after that i only sat there for 2 minutes before they told me “my nails were done drying” but they were in-fact not dry and still very tacky. overall i spent 80$ on horribly done nails that i could have done at home. i usually dont write reviews on anything but this place is a rip-off and i will not be going here ever again.....

These Women Were ABSOLUTELY Amazing From The Moment I Walked Thru The Doors. I Was Greeted With A Smile And Helped IMMEDIATELY After Picking My Colors, I Had An Appt At 445pm And Was There At 412PM. She Fixed 2 Broken Nails And Did A Fill. I WILL DEFINITELY BE A REOCCURING CUSTOMER! Even the women who were gettin their nails done were nice! Ty for that experience!

My experience here were very nice. The technician was friendly, things seemed clean and the hot stone calf massage was amazing. My feet looked great and I was happy when I left. About a week after my pedicure I began feeling the pain and discomfort of 2 ingrown nails - each big toe. Nail technicians have to go through training and licensing to do this kind of body work and they know better. So how did this happen? I read once where a nail technician bragged about doing this on purpose to clients she didn’t like... idk if this was the case here or if it was ineptness. Whatever the reason this should never happen after a pedicure (x2) in a salon. In fact, having them done by a professional is one of the ways to minimize their chances of occurring. I will spare you the painful details of dealing with the nails. I can’t recommend getting a pedicure here. No infection though so I’ll give 2 stars

Average. The people there are very nice, always. I’ve given them a few chances trying again hoping the pedicure outcome would improve. The tools they use are old. The place is dirty and seems as though it’s never cleaned. The outcome of my pedi wasn’t worth the money. It’s convenient because of location, but I think I’ll drive somewhere else unfortunately.
