I am very particular when it comes to my nails, as I typically get an acrylic fill, with a no chip paint. I have been to salon's all over the city and none of them were meeting my standards. That all changed when I visited, nails 2001 salon, not many salons are willing to take the time to perfect the shape while giving you high quality customer service and professional feedback.
My entire experience from start to finish was enjoyable and relaxing. Quan took the time to shape my nails to perfection. The entire team was kind, conversational, and took their time with each customer. I will 100% be back to this salon & become a loyal customer of Quan.

My daughter and myself was out shopping and we decide to get our nails done. We usually go to Nails and Spa in Saint Albans but we was in this location and figured we try it out. NEVER again! The staff was extremely pushy and kept pushing gel polish or pink powder because it was stronger (that is not true). On top of all that they was it extremely overpriced!!! I will continue to take my business to Nails and Spa in SA. Where their customer experience is outstanding. They are friendly and talk and joke with everyone. PLUS they do a terrific job!!
I would not recommend Nails 2001 to anyone.

Poor service. Nails are always sloppy and sharp. Way too overpriced for the low quality. Nail polish bottles are dirty and have stuff all over them. Lady who did my nails even dropped the polish brush in her lap and just picked it back up and continued painting my nails with it. $50 for a gell acrylic fill in that is sloppy and rushed is outrageous. They are also extremely rude if you ask for a refund or anything of the sort.
