Service terrible, no compensation for polish that came off in 2 days. Just not a customer service friendly environment.

I've been here previously years ago and the place has really gone down. It no longer has a spa feel. It feels more like a factory. I had to ask for base coat because the person was putting a dark blue shimmer polish (softball team colors) on natural nails without a base. They don't care! I'll never return here. So disappointed. Go anyplace else!

I was visiting a friend in Detroit and I needed to do my nails so I checked the reviews and called a few nail salons that don't answer the phone which is why I came to this one cuz when I called them, they answered!the salon is pretty spacious and the staff seemed nice. The only thing I didn't like was that even though I called and had booked an appointment for 6pm for my nails to be done and for my friends pedicure, they didn't start doing my nails for about 40mins!!!! They started with my friends pedicure immediately though.she got the tropical one done and I went for ombre full set nails. My friend said that The lady that did her pedicure was really good and did a good job. the lady that did my nails was Nee and she was quick and did a good job too. I jus didn't like how my skin around the nails (below the cuticles) had that dried up white stuff!
