I recently moved to NYC and whenever you move finding a good place for a massage can be a bit of a trial and error.
After a long week at the office hunched over the computer my neck and shoulders were feeling like bricks holding my head up. I found Evergreen Spa online which had a special 15% offer off treatments.
My first visit - I went for a deep tissue massage. The place is small but very clean. The massage bed was heated (awesome!) the lady had the right pressure to loosen up my neck and shoulders. I honestly think $45 for 30mins is a bargain (compare to what I have paid in the past). I was also told their deep tissue was better than their swedish or hot stone massage - if you are after a firm massage.
For my second visit, I went for their signature facial. It was a different lady, she was good with massaging my face, neck and shoulders - the facial routine (cleansing, mask, steam, toner) was so relaxing it almost put me to sleep (this rarely happens to me!) The only part I was unsure of was when the lady was digging into all of my white and blackheads - I've been told beauty therapist don't do this.

Very possible that this is the worst nail place I've ever been to. It was visibly dirty. The woman rushed through my nails and did an extremely Sloppy job. My nails started chipping the next morning and all I did was sit on an airplane, so there's no reason they should have chipped so quickly. Also, the paint was uneven... Do yourself a favor... Go anywhere else!

I wasn't expecting spa luxury... and they tried their best but I definitely wont come here again.
