Went here on a Monday night. Was practically dead, but no waiters would acknowledge us at our table for 10+ minutes so we got up and left. They kept playing with the computer, talked to tables that had finished eating. Played with the computer some more, avoided eye contact. Famous Dave's is right next door. There's a brewhouse on the other side. I guess they just don't like money. I can only imagine the food would have reflected the staff.

Terrible customer service. We waited an hour with a party of ten only to be sat at two different tables. We were celebrating my father in laws Bday so it would’ve been nice to have been notified. Also, the food was not that good. I got my son the Mac and Cheese kids meal and they didn’t put the fries on there. Also, since it was 30 min to close, we were told we could not order more food since the kitchen was closed so I just gave my fries to my son. The drinks were never refilled. We asked for a glass of ice water and the server never brought it. At the end, the server was rudely picking up the table while we were still there. Definitely not going back there.

Had to wait 15minutes for the payment system to turn back on- it happens, but they forgot our side orders. They have stickers saying the order is double checked for completion, which apparently doesn’t help.
Update: I have been compensated for the missing items and will be giving this location another shot. I appreciate the fast response.
