The place needs updating. The stations are old and so are the spa chairs. Prices are reasonable. The staff is ok some need to practice customer service skills.

Kim's Nails always have a lot of people in it, they have reasonable prices. With certain nail titians I don't like the way that they do my pedicures and manicures so you have to know who to go to for good service. I usually only go for my eyebrows, which most of them get right since I only get a clean up.

Really great spot in Oakland. It was my first time visiting last week. Seemed pretty busy when we walled in..but to my surprise we were accommodated within the first 5mins. Let me add that there was 3 of us.. So that speaks volumes in itself. The shop is a good size and work stations are well placed where you do not feel smothered or like sardines in a can. They have a good size selection of colors and designs and work well with you if you have a vision in mind. I got my eyebrows done there (trusted in my friends recommendation) and the girl who did them is THE BOMB! í wish í would've gotten her name so that i could shout her out! All in all excellent experience! Fill/gel/chrome/flakes and eyebrows $44!! Can't beat that. Only reason im not.giving 5 stars is because the parking is terrible.

Always get my nails how I like it and the people that does my work (eye brows, nails and Pedicure are always very friendly and patient!!

Love the fact they have a lot of nail techs there. If you're a regular you get notice and help fast.
