I'm sure I'm not original in saying if I could do negative stars I would, but it rings true all the same. This place was a nightmare. Tacky and cheap looking should have been my first warning sign but I have a soft spot for hole in the wall places.
I came in on Valentines Day as a gift from my boyfriend. It was my first time getting my nails done in four years as I informed the staff. The man helping me was nice and taking his time at first but upon receiving a phone call from another customer began roughly rushing me before pawning me off on another employee.
I was irritated but hopeful part 2 of my experience might be better... Nope! The Russian girl he pawned me off on was rude and abrasive.... I might have been able to overlook her people skills if not for the fact she was on her personal cell phone the entire time! My nails were a hack job... But I just wanted it over with.
To add insult to injury while getting my eyebrows done (hot wax on my face) her phone rang and she walked across the room to answer it.
Needless to say I left without leaving a tip. Lesson learned I'll NEVER give them another dime.
Luckily, I found another local place who happily and skillfully fixed the mess that was my nails. Fancy Nails is right up the road and totally professional and affordable.

The greatest place in the world to get your nails done!! They do amazing work and the nails last !!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Very close to home which is a Big Plus, Clean,sterile instruments, friendly atmosphere ,.Affordable, Prices are low so you can ENJOY more services Chris and his Wife own it ,Chris is a great nail tech.Always 100 pleased with all services

Cat does phenomenal acrylics.. I travel an hour and a half to see her twice a week.
