Horrible! First let me start by saying I have never left a review for anything in my life and I am 29. I got my eyebrows done and the technician burned off some of my skin on the bottom of both eyebrows. I had a feeling it had happened but wasn't sure until she went to clean up at the end. It began to burn and I waved at my eyebrows to get some cool air on them. The owner (a different woman) began to ask what I was saying and I told her some of my skin was taken off. So the technician put some clear gel which made my skin burn even more. The owner proceeded to argue with me saying her technician has been "doing this for years" and "I see you have acne, you have sensitive skin," basically blaming me. She said she couldn't see any marks. So I said "well do you want me to come back when I have scabs?" and this woman said yes! I told her I've been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 15 and this has only happened to me one other time when I lived in New Jersey. She continued to argue with me, but the technician was very nice so I tried to pay for the service she had rendered anyway. The owner basically told me my money was no good and to leave. The first time I went there to get my nails done the owner was arguing with another customer about getting waxed. I guess I should have taken heed from that experience. I will NEVER step foot in that place again! By the way, I went to another nail shop immediately after to get my nails done and they said they could see the marks no problem.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.
This people locked the doors on me because I refused to pa $8 for a tip on my toes. The lady that was doing it at first apparently didn't understand when the other lady told her the manager told her that I asked for a tip on my toe and when I see she's painting I leaned in and I Asked her and she said she forgot so the other lady came over and said they look nice what happened and then she gave me an attitude and got a really nasty because I didn't like it, which it wasn't what I asked for they just put acrylic on my toe and they didn't extend my nail like I asked.
So I told her she could either take it off put it back how it was or fix it but I was not going to pay for that so she apologized and she said she'll fix it that she couldn't take it off because it would take two or three weeks now I went to school for this showed you how you can easily put a cotton ball with acetone and cover it up with aluminum foil and the acrylic will soften and come off it will not take two or three weeks but she wanted to leave because he was almost time for them to close. I was still going to pay the $21 for the pedicure that I received which anyone that has got a pedicure before would have agreed that the lady did NOT know what she was doing.
A lady came in for a service and the gentlemen there began to help her. I told her when she asked that I was willing to pay the $21 and she said no it was $29 tht she fixed it. The manager put the plastic tip on top of my acrylic you can see the pic above white toes. I was there with my baby while she (the manager) yelled at me several times and locked me in because a service i refused to pay.
For an hour when the Cops arrived after we both talked to him she Lied and said I was NOT willing to pay a dime. That is BS she said that if I paid $21 i could leave. I feel like this lady violated my civil rights. She refused to give a copy of the tape. So this crazy btch had me there for an hour with my baby in my hand getting loud to at the end say i just had to pay $21. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been in my entire life. I went for a fill in and the technician ripped my previous acryclics off of my fingers. I've never went anywhere that takes acrylics off that way. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They have no idea what they are doing.
