I was in and out in about 10 minutes with beautiful eyebrows. Very clean and well decorated facility. I feel safe and confident recieving services. Front desk staff was kind and friendly.

The new site is beautiful. It's remodeled with new massage chairs and no expense was spared. I got a volcano rock pedicure and gel manicure. It was relaxing and perfect! I would recommend any of the employees there. They also have a rewards program for loyal customers.

I love going to Bella nails but this time around they almost gave me a fungus on my feet because they DO NOT sterilize their pedicure instruments they way they are supposed to by industry laws; which is in a sterilizer for at least 10 mins, each of the techs should have minimum 3 sets of equipment for pedicure or have disposable pedicure packages. They go in the back and just spray their tools with alcohol and rush to the next client. I will continue to go but ONLY to get my eyebrows waxed.

Worse place to go get your nails done. On Saturday I went to get my nails done for Mother’s Day and I had the worse experience ever. I went and got my feet done and my nails done for $75 for both. So the nail tech did a terrible job on my feet she didn’t even clean under my nails where I had to go home and done it myself. She didn’t even use the small brush to brush my feet but she think I wasn’t paying attention to details. So after I got my feet done and went on her chair to get my nails none, she rushed the service so bad where I had to go back to speak to the owner. When I went back I showed the owner how bad of a job she did and he was like there’s nothing wrong with your nails they look perfect to me. So I was like are you serious and he was like yeah they look good to me. I was like no this unacceptable and I will never comeback here again. He was like ok I will have a different nails tech redo it for you. So I waited about 30 minutes until someone approached me and called me to got get them fix. She also did a horrible job because my nails came out so thick where if you look at my nails you can see the thick layer even far away. I work 12 hours night shift and I work hard for my money. Horrible horrible place.

I have been here twice. My first experience wasn’t the best. I decided to try again and was very pleased with the service. Kevin did a wonderful job with my pedicure and manicure!
