If I could give zero stars I would. I absolutely hate my nails. I should've read the other reviews before coming here honestly. I get there to get my nails done and I wanted pink and white powder, the 2 things I asked if she could do she said literally..."NO." I was shocked because I have never had that problem anywhere else I went. She damaged my cuticles they hurt when I wash my hands with any alcohol product. I am just shocked. And the fingers that she hurt I have to now go back to them and tell them to fix it. We shall see how that goes. And if she tells me .. "NO" again I am just going to write a second report and contact the BBB. this place is nasty and I wouldn't even take my children here. Not to mention I still tipped her. which now I am wondering why would I do that. Geez.
