Do not go here. I received a regular manicure/pedicure which they list on their menu ( not gel or acrylic). In less than than 24 hours the pedicure was fine but almost every nail had major chips and peeling. I had a family wedding to attend the next day and was so embarrassed about my nails. I went in to complain and ask for a refund just for the shoddy manicure and they claimed it chipped and came off because I did not get a gel manicure and that is normal for a regular manicure. I have had regular manicures for over 50 years and never once did my nails look worse in less than 24 hours. There was obviously an omission in the application or something went wrong. They couldn’t have cared less. How pitiful to not stand behind a service you you list and charge $25 for. Take it off your service menu! I was also treated rudely...the first sign that this place has extremely poor customer service. I will obviously never go back and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I am not even the type to complain but If I could have left a zero star I would. I didn’t even get a picture of the horrible job- I just immediately asked them to take it off. The “massage” part of the manicure lasted about 10 seconds and the paint job was horrible!! I would avoid at all cost! Honestly you can make your nails look better at home! The picture attached is after I had them take off the polish. They also did not offer me a refund.

Very nice nail tech. Very talkative which was nice. Did a great job. Just very pricey.

I've been here a few times now... first few times, I would be sure to tip... but I noticed that they are very rude no matter what... pricey, condescending, and impatient. Not to mention the super long wait times... only to be treated like you're not even a person.
I just wanted to do something nice for myself and my family...but now it's just money wasted and added stress when there's already so much stress on my plate from 2020 and 2021....
I don't even want to get my nails anymore... I'm scared that I'll just be treated like this everywhere.
Please... just save your money. If you find a nice place that treats you well, let me know!

Honestly, for what I paid, I feel the quality should have been better. My cuticles didn't get any attention, and my nails are chipping on the side after less than a week. I felt rushed, and they rushed thru the process
