I am always so happy with the service I receive at this salon. I just got a color and cut done by Nicole and I am so in love with the color. Nicole did such a great job and made sure I was happy w/ it throughout. The owner was also very responsive and helpful with getting me in at the last minute before I went away on vacation. Very grateful. Thanks!

Judy always does a amazing things with my hair! They've done a fantastic job making their guests feel safe during covid. I also got a pedicure here for the 1st time at my last visit and it was very enjoyable. I highly recommend them!

I made an appointment for 10 AM for highlights, they were going to do them but then said no because I had “leopard spots”. They said they couldn’t do the highlights due to my hair being bleached in the past year, which I actually respected because I wouldn’t want a chemical cut. I personally believe it’s because they are unsure of how to color correct. I was then offered a trim, being I was already there. I said yes, and they then revoked it because “they didn’t have time”. Oh really? I had an appointment scheduled for a service that would’ve taken 3 hours. They then use the excuse that I am 17, it’s not a tattoo; it’s hair, it’s not permanent. Mind you, I am keeping my composure this entire time; and having a mature discussion, with immature employees. They then said to sit and wait for my ride. I went outside, before I know it they tell me they’ve contacted the police. I ask why. They respond that they are only trying to help me get a ride, I had already confirmed that I had a ride. Officer shows up, I let him know the story. He drives me close to home, and tells me to have a fantastic day. As someone in an Administrative Office Professionalism program, I know poor customer service skills when I receive them. I will not be back. Ended up going to sally beauty salon and store, was given great assistance with what I needed to do this at home after using color oops. My hair looks fantastic thanks to the girls at Sally, and their amazing advice! :))
